Man I love that name… Turkey Dimple. I laugh every time I read it! Turns out it’s the name of a colour btw in case you were wondering like I did, Shalain says she collected paint swatches as a teen and this one stuck out (no it’s not weird, I collected them and still do. Great for tags).
This talented lady makes the cutest little polymer clay jewellery and is spreading the geek love by giving away a star wars themed cupcake bracelet which includes the following cupcakes : R2D2, Princess Leia, Wicket the Ewok, Yoda, BB8 and Boba Fett.
She wrote a long awesome “about Turkey Dimple” and I was going to copy and paste it here but I thought nah, I’d rather tell you how awesome she is myself instead. But I loved this little bit
All the products are handmade by me and baked in my oven. On a lot of them you can see my fingerprints and that’s the best; knowing someone is wearing my fingerprints on their ears or neck or wrist.
How cute is that? Such a sweet heart! All the products that she specialises in are mini inedible items that look edible – cupcakes, doughnuts, biscuits, chocolates, etc. Sadly they aren’t edible though :( But they’re great if you’re on a diet and really craving, you can just look down at your bracelet :)
Yes she makes custom items on request as well. If you ask nicely.
